Warner Music Italia SRL is seeking a Legal & Business Affairs Intern to assist the Legal & BA Director with operational tasks related to music business contracts. This role offers the opportunity to gain familiarity with managing legal documentation for label rights and content, and to develop practical knowledge of legal practices in the dynamic music industry. The ideal candidate is pursuing a law degree, has a strong interest in copyright and music licensing, and possesses excellent organizational and collaborative skills.

Nel ruolo di Legal & Business Affairs Intern, avrai l’opportunità di affiancare il Legal & BA Director e di supportare il team in attività operative legate alla contrattualistica del business discografico.
Ti occuperai di:
● Acquisire familiarità con la gestione e l’archiviazione della documentazione legale relativa ai diritti di titolarità della label e dei suoi contenuti.
Nello specifico, nella registrazione di contratti di distribuzione
● Sviluppare una conoscenza pratica delle normative e delle prassi legali nel settore musicale, in un contesto dinamico e internazionale.
Tali attività saranno svolte con il supporto del Legal & BA Director e il team
Legal & BA.
Il tuo contributo speciale:
● Laurea in corso di Giurisprudenza o titolo equivalente
● Forte interesse per il diritto d’autore e delle pratiche di licenza del settore musicale
● Spiccate capacità organizzative, di puntuale gestione della documentazione legale con attenzione ai dettagli
● Un approccio collaborativo, capace di coinvolgere le persone
● Sei una persona autonoma, capace di gestire il tempo efficacemente per ottenere risultati.
