Cogstate is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the development and success of their Clinical Trials products. This role involves defining platform capabilities, driving innovation, and ensuring products meet user needs and regulatory requirements. The Product Manager will conduct market research, gather customer insights, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, science, and operations, to deliver high-quality digital cognitive testing solutions and data quality monitoring tools for clinical trials. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a focus on patient-first outcomes.

That’s why we’re seeking a Product Manager accountable for overseeing and driving the development and success of Clinical Trials products, innovations and digital tools, from initial concept to launch ensuring they are fit-for-purpose, driving business growth, regulatory compliant and fully meeting the needs of a range of end users. They will own the definition and development of platform capabilities, products and solutions for digital cognitive testing and data quality monitoring of clinical endpoints, supportive of operational efficiencies, decentralized methodologies, partner integrations and self-service models.
The product manager will be responsible for the coordination of market research, gathering customer insights and defining and prioritizing product features and requirements. This includes the development of design assets in the form of user personas, user stories, use cases, workflows and other supporting materials. They will contribute to the development and maintenance of the overall Clinical Trials product roadmap, owning the development, delivery and communications around their assigned products. The product manager will communicate product progress and updates to stakeholders while driving prioritization decisions, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
This role will require an analytical and flexible mindset and extensive communication and collaboration between stakeholders in multiple geographies and functions, including close alignment with product development, science, rater services, data services and other Cogstate business units, such as Healthcare, to identify and leverage synergies around features and capabilities as well as inform product decisions.
Support and product management responsibilities described for this role may extend to Cogstate Healthcare products as needed by the business.
