Xceptor is seeking a Senior People Business Partner for their Technology & Product teams in London, UK. This hybrid role involves developing and executing HR strategies, providing employee relations support, and managing the talent management cycle. The ideal candidate has previous HRBP experience in the technology sector, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.

We're seeking a People & Culture Partner to join our global team in our London office (hybrid). This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization during a phase of substantial change and growth.
As one of our People & Culture Partners, you will be a key collaborator within our business, working closely with our Engineering and Product teams to develop and execute the people strategy. You will act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, providing business partner support in a dynamic, multi-country environment. Reporting directly to the Director, People & Culture, this position offers a great opportunity to be part of our exciting growth plans and be an integral part of our global People& Culture team.
