This role sits at the intersection of program underwriting, portfolio management, and specialized property risk, with a strong emphasis on designing, scaling, and optimizing property-driven programs across niche and emerging industries.
The successful candidate will bring a blend of technical property underwriting expertise and program leadership experience, with the ability to build, evaluate, and evolve programs from both a portfolio and individual risk perspective. This includes influencing underwriting strategy, enhancing governance frameworks, and partnering with MGAs and brokers to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

Target Hiring Range: CAD $140,000 – 190,0000
This range represents the expected annual base salary for this role, however, offers above the published maximum may be approved with appropriate business authorization. Final offers will be determined based on each candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity, and the needs of the role.
