BJAK is seeking a creative, hands-on, and data-driven Social Media & Community Manager. This role is responsible for executing social media strategies, growing engaged online communities, driving organic performance, and maintaining an authentic brand voice across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You will collaborate with Marketing, Brand, PR, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistent communication, monitor performance, analyze engagement, and support integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3-6+ years of experience in social media or community management, strong understanding of social platforms and analytics, and excellent communication skills.
