We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant/Controller in Warsaw, PL, to ensure high-quality financial reporting through business knowledge and process optimization. Responsibilities include managing group legal entity financial reporting, month-end closing, reconciliations, statutory accounts, and internal controls. The role also involves significant process optimization, with engagement in local financial statements preparation, external auditor interactions, and IFRS reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting/controlling, extensive financial reporting experience, IFRS knowledge, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, and Hyperion.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is zł144,880.00- zł217,310.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
