Summary
Micron Technology is seeking an Admin to support the Front End department. The role involves coordinating meetings, managing expenses and office supplies, developing filing systems, and assisting with team events and travel arrangements. The Admin will also provide HR support, maintain SharePoint sites, and compile data. Additionally, the position requires integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. This is an on-site role based in Taichung City, Taiwan.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
File expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement
Monitor and order office supplies
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Always maintain appropriate discretion and confidentiality
Arrange and coordinate Team building, celebration activities, etc.
Coordinate travel (e.g. visa application, travel claim, travel booking)
Schedule suppliers and internal visitors meeting, office reservation, etc.
Support TMs in HR related matters
Support SharePoint site setup & maintenance
Support rudimentary data compilation
* Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
* Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
