The Business Assistant supports the Cluster/Country leadership team (e.g., Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo) by ensuring efficient business operations, coordination of priorities, and high-quality administrative and organizational support. This role is critical in enabling leadership effectiveness and ensuring smooth execution of key initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
Provide proactive administrative and organizational support to the Country Manager and wider cluster team.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple markets and time zones
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials, agendas, and follow-ups
Support business planning and reporting processes, including preparation of presentations and executive summaries
Act as a point of coordination for internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and HR
Assist in tracking and coordinating key business initiatives, projects, and deadlines
Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics in line with company policies
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Support preparation of client-facing materials and presentations to ensure consistency and quality
Contribute to improving operational efficiency and ways of working within the team

All About You
Experience in an administrative, business support, or coordination role, preferably in a corporate or international environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
Excellent communication skills with a professional and structured approach
Ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, matrix environment
Fluency in English; regional language(s) are a plus
