The Senior Systems Analyst (Artificial Intelligence) will join the Office of Information Technology, focusing on developing and integrating AI-enabled applications and automation solutions. Responsibilities include applying AI-assisted development, integrating AI platforms and APIs, and collaborating with IT teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 6 years of application development experience, with 3 years in AI-related areas. Experience with AI tools, various programming languages (React, Node.js, Python, Java, etc.), web/mobile development, databases, and Agile practices is expected.

The Senior Systems Analyst will join the Application & Integration Services Section, playing a crucial role within the Office of Information Technology and reporting directly to the Information Technology Manager. The incumbent will take a leading role in developing, integrating and supporting AI-enabled applications and automation solutions across different areas in the University, while also contributing to application development and system integration in support of our digital transformation towards an AI-enabled community.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
