Puratos is seeking an intern to research plant proteins and their structural/functional properties in bakery and patisserie applications. Responsibilities include utilizing analytical techniques like SE-HPLC and spectrophotometry, characterizing raw materials, mapping ingredient functionality, and conducting tests in food applications. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master's degree in Food Science or a related field, has laboratory experience, and is fluent in English. This internship is based in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium, for a minimum of 6 months. Candidates must hold a valid European work/residence permit as Puratos will not sponsor work permits or visa applications.
