We are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our growing creative team in Barcelona, supporting the Revolt team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a strong eye for detail, a passion for craft, and the ability to translate strategic thinking into compelling visual solutions.
You'll work across a variety of branding, digital, social and print projects, collaborating with designers, creative leads and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work from concept through to final execution.
Design Execution
- Create and deliver high-quality design work across a range of channels, including branding, digital, social media and print.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development through to final asset delivery.
- Produce polished, print-ready artwork and digital assets that meet brand and client requirements.
Creative Thinking
- Develop original design concepts in response to creative briefs.
- Translate strategic objectives into visually engaging and effective creative solutions.
- Ensure design outcomes are relevant to the brief, target audience and client goals.
Project Support
- Support Creative Leads in the development of presentations and creative materials.
- Help communicate the strategic and creative rationale behind design recommendations.
- Contribute to maintaining high creative standards across all projects.
Relationship Building
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across locations.
- Take feedback positively and incorporate it into your work.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay up to date with design, branding and digital trends.
- Explore new tools, techniques and creative approaches.
- Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 2–3+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within a branding, creative agency or in-house creative environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience using Figma, Keynote and Power Point.
- Experience using AI tools in a professional environment.
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling and brand expression.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craft.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Experience preparing final artwork and production-ready assets.
Desirable
- Experience with motion design and/or 3D design.
- Experience working across international teams and clients.
- Interest in branding, culture, sustainability, or purpose-led businesses.
