Descrição da vaga: Estágio Técnico em Manutenção de Aeronaves - MRO 

Localização: Itajubá - MG

Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 7h às 14h

 

Principais atividades:

• Auxiliar em inspeções programadas, manutenção preventiva e corretiva de helicópteros; apoiar na remoção e instalação de carenagens e painéis de acesso;
• Preparar, organizar e higienizar ferramentas comuns e especiais, garantindo que os equipamentos calibrados estejam disponíveis para a equipe;
• Organização (padrão 5S e prevenção de FOD);
• Auxiliar no preenchimento de Ordens de Serviço (OS), consultar manuais técnicos de fabricantes (AMM, IPC) para apoiar na inspeção e identificação de peças;
• Apoiar na movimentação (reboque) de helicópteros no hangar e pátio, além da organização da aeronave no hangar e sua manutenção de limpeza.

 Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino técnico em Manutenção Aeronáutica, Mecânica ou Mecatrônica;
• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 2 anos;
• Candidatos internos favor atentar-se a regra de ouro.

Job Description: Technical Internship – Aircraft Maintenance (MRO) 

Location: Itajubá, MG

Work Mode: On-site

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduled inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance of helicopters; support the removal and installation of fairings and access panels;
• Prepare, organize, and clean standard and specialized tools, ensuring calibrated equipment is available for the team;
• Organization (5S standards and FOD prevention);
• Assist in filling out Work Orders (WOs) and consult manufacturer technical manuals (AMM, IPC) to support inspection and parts identification;
• Support helicopter movement (towing) within the hangar and on the apron, as well as aircraft organization and cleaning maintenance within the hangar.

 Mandatory Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a technical program for Aircraft Maintenance, Mechanics, or Mechatronics;
• Availability for an in-person internship (30 hours/week) at Helibras in Itajubá for a minimum of 2 years;
• Internal candidates: please adhere to the "Golden Rule."
