As a Principal Procurement Specialist, you will drive procurement strategies, oversee complex sourcing activities, lead RFP processes, perform cost analyses, and manage supplier relationships to ensure the organization secures the most competitive and reliable solutions. You'll collaborate across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Global Indirect Procurement teams to execute strategic initiatives, optimize MRO procurement activities, and deliver measurable business value.
In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a trusted procurement expert, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, leading supplier negotiations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring procurement activities comply with RTX policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Your mission: to develop strategic sourcing solutions, strengthen supplier performance, improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of indirect goods and services that support business objectives.
