Marina Bay Sands is seeking an MIS Technician/Senior Technician for their Convention Services team in Singapore. This Full-time role involves supporting network infrastructure, including cable installation, PC setup, and troubleshooting. The technician will also provide on-site support during events and perform regular maintenance on network equipment and digital signage. A willingness to work shifts and at heights is required, along with knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Microsoft products. This position emphasizes teamwork and customer service.

Job Responsibilities
• Support in the installation of network cables, devices, and other network equipment.
• Provide PC support and set up connection to the network.
• Perform standby duties during events / conferences / exhibitions show days.
• Troubleshoot PC, network, and cabling issues.
• Perform regular maintenance on network equipment, digital signage and inventory.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
• NITEC in Electronics, Computer Networking and Communications / Infocomm Technology or Higher NITEC in IT Systems and Networks
Experience
• PC support, network equipment and network cabling support
• Basic audio/visual knowledge
Other Prerequisites
• Willing to work on shift.
• Able to work at heights.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment and with an emphasis on customer service.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft suite of products
• Ensure all MIS working practices adhere to Workplace Safety and Health requirements.
