Casual Sales Associate - Karrinyup

What You'll Do:

We're on the hunt for passionate and customer focused Sales Associates to and create an exceptional retail experience. You will need good availability on the week of bump in for training and store set up (commencing Monday Aug 11th ). As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and has a positive experience by:

• Using your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect products and drive sales.
• Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring a responsive and engaging interaction, with diligent follow-up.
• Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
• Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices.
• Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organised, and inviting for customers.
• Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards, always ensuring excellence in product presentation.
• Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as needed

About You

• You must have a background in sales, retail, or customer service, bringing valuable expertise to our sales focused team.
• Natural curiosity, high energy, and positive outlook make every interaction exciting and engaging.
• Deep enthusiasm for our brand and products is infectious, inspiring customers and creating lasting connections.
• Connection to our brand, across key categories of from the trail, road, hike or sportstyle
• With a talent for identifying customer needs and matching them with the perfect products, you excel at driving sales and exceeding targets.
• You have a knack for motivating and uplifting those around you, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic environment for both customers and team members.
• You have good availability across the week including over our busy trade periods (Black Friday weekend and Christmas period)
