Join us as Customer Success Manager – Mid-Market to own a growing portfolio of mid-market Italian clients. You will manage law firms, in-house legal teams, and companies scaling with Lexroom, and be their main point of reference from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You report into our Customer Success leadership (Stefano Tuvo, area lead) and operate with speed and autonomy across a high-volume, high-impact book of business.

What You'll Do

Own a portfolio of mid-market accounts end to end—from onboarding through ongoing outcomes, renewals, and growth.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client goals and Lexroom solutions stay aligned at every stage.

Maximize revenue per account: drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and product adoption across your book of business.

Run structured onboarding and follow-up cycles that deliver measurable impact, with a mix of remote and on-site touchpoints.

Surface client feedback to Product, Marketing, and Operations, and track account health through dashboards and KPIs.

What You'll Bring

  • 2 to 5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or enterprise client-facing roles, managing deals in the €10k–€30k range.
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
  • SaaS or tech background. A legal or professional-services background is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales-support tools (HubSpot, Notion).
  • Native Italian and fluent English. Other European languages are a plus.
