Rasa is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Go-to-market team. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships to drive adoption, retention, and expansion, reporting to the Head of Customer Success. This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in the USA. The ideal candidate will own a book of enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and proactively managing escalations. A background in a technical role or customer-facing technical interactions is preferred, along with SaaS/technology experience and excellent interpersonal skills.

Rasa Customer Success sits in the Go To Market organisation and is currently a size of four CSMs and growing with the growth of our business. The team is spread out globally, 50/50 between EMEA and NAMER.
