MicroStrategy is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management to oversee executive reporting, portfolio governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence within its Engineering, Product, Quality Engineering, and Cloud Operations departments. This role involves partnering with senior leadership to provide actionable insights, establish governance frameworks, monitor performance, and drive data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include owning executive dashboards, leading reviews, defining metrics, and improving organizational effectiveness through standardized processes and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 12+ years of experience in technical program or operations management with at least 5 years in governance or strategic planning, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile and SaaS environments, along with tools like Jira and Power BI, is preferred.
