Synthesia is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their finance team. This role involves managing the billing process, resolving customer discrepancies, and ensuring timely cash application and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will leverage AI and automation to improve AR processes, working closely with sales and other departments. You'll be responsible for AR aging, customer portal management, and analyzing billing trends. This position requires a strong understanding of the Order to Cash lifecycle and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
