Job Description
Would you like to use data and digital tools to support health, safety, and quality in our Nyíregyháza factory? This role is a great opportunity for a Power BI expert to make an impact while growing their understanding of manufacturing operations!
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Quality and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to deliver data-driven insights, reporting solutions, and digital tools that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Moreover, you will:
- Design and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions that create business value.
- Lead local BI and digitalization initiatives from idea through implementation.
- Partner with business partners to understand needs, identify opportunities, and define data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and analytics teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, including factory leadership.
- Promote data literacy by delivering training, sharing best practices, and supporting users in adopting BI solutions.
- Contribute to global BI initiatives by collaborating with colleagues across manufacturing sites and sharing knowledge and best practices.
This position is placed in our Nyíregyháza manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

The Business Intelligence Manufacturing team supports the organization’s ambition to become more data-driven by delivering reporting, analytics, and BI solutions across manufacturing. The team works in close collaboration with stakeholders from different business areas, as well as IT and data engineering teams, to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field (e.g., BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Engineer)
- Proven experience in reporting, analytics, and data modelling
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including building dashboards and delivering reporting solutions
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional project environment
- Strong English and Hungarian language skills (spoken and written)
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally (approx. 10–15 days per year)
It would be an advantage if you have:
- Basic SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with Power Apps or other low-code/no-code platforms (citizen development)
- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Databricks
- Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g., SAP PP, SAP PM, SAP HANA)
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis or statistical modelling
- Experience from a manufacturing, QEHS, or operational environment.
- Experience with continuous improvement, digitalization, or reporting process optimization.
