Description
The Oncology Category Lead for North Latin America (NOLA) is a senior commercial leadership role accountable for the full P&L performance of the Oncology portfolio across Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Central America, and the Caribbean (CAC). Reporting to the NOLA Cluster Lead, this role leads business strategy, cross-functional team alignment, and external stakeholder engagement to maximize patient access, revenue growth, and long-term portfolio sustainability across diverse and evolving market environments.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of commercial excellence, policy advocacy, and oncology portfolio strategy.
Business Leadership & Financial Performance
Own end-to-end P&L accountability for the Oncology portfolio across NOLA markets, consistently delivering against revenue targets, IBT commitments, and portfolio growth KPIs.
Develop and execute sound business strategies across the region; ensure timely course-correction to stay ahead of competitive dynamics, LOE and access changes.
Drive optimal resource allocation.
Portfolio & Market Strategy
Define and pursue a winning aspiration for the Oncology Category — identifying and exploiting market-specific opportunities to grow.
Maximize lifecycle product performance through aligned planning, launch excellence, and innovative execution across a multi-brand, multi-market portfolio.
People, Culture & Cross-Functional Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing, engaged Oncology organization across NOLA through effective performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

Align and coordinate with Medical Affairs, H&V, BAI, Finance, PGS, Corporate Affairs, and regional/global counterparts to ensure integrated commercial and scientific execution.
Lead by example in embedding compliance and integrity into all commercial programs, field interactions, and working methods.
Customer & Patient Focus
Maintain deep understanding of the oncology patient journey, key environmental drivers, and payer/HCP dynamics across NOLA.
Champion the evolution of customer-facing teams toward full omnichannel engagement, optimizing the mix of F2F, virtual, and digital touchpoints to deliver superior customer experience.
Ensure accurate, timely, and actionable data and patient insights drive investment, content, and resource decisions.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional results as a leader of teams and organizations
Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, with relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Commercial Development, Strategy, or Analytics
Proficient in providing proactive and constructive feedback to individuals to enhance performance
Strong project and change leadership skills
