Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Manager (m/f) to join our Procurement Operation - Aerostructure Electrics team based in Toulouse, France.
You will act as the ambassador for external suppliers towards internal functions and operational Supply Chain & Quality activities. You will be responsible for the overall performance and compliance of a supplier or a portfolio of suppliers to guarantee on-time and on-quality delivery, while implementing the Procurement strategy at a tactical level. Your mission will be to collaborate with current and future parts suppliers within the Electrical domain.

Your challenges :
- Contributing to supplier engagement: from supplier selection to contracting, including the evaluation of change requests (design, industrialization, quality), and contributing to the deployment of Supply Chain & Quality standards, methods, and tools.
- Securing supplier approvals and conducting supplier control reviews in compliance with our processes and airworthiness authorities' requirements.
- Managing the compliance and maturity of parts and supplier sites in accordance with the surveillance plan, verifying conformity with applicable requirements, and ensuring convergence toward the industrial maturity target.
- Driving continuous supplier improvement.
- Providing support for internal and external audits, as well as EASA activities.
Your boarding pass :
Education & Experience :
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Production Engineering, Business, or University degree with a specialization in Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas is essential: Supply Chain and Quality, Production Engineering, Engineering, Customer Support, or Operations.
- A solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and Supply Chain fundamentals is essential (APICS Basics level or equivalent).
Skills & Core Competencies :
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong stakeholder management, and robust negotiation capabilities.
- Leadership: Ability to influence, exert assertiveness, and challenge the status quo across all hierarchical levels of supplier management.
- Soft Skills: High level of autonomy and strong organizational skills.
- Languages: Negotiation level in both English and French.
