Bayer is seeking an HR People Partner for North America to provide HR consulting and coaching to business leaders. This role will address people and cultural issues, offering expertise in hiring, performance management, and rewards. The Partner will support organizational changes, facilitate talent integration during mergers, and advocate for HR programs. They will also collaborate on talent initiatives like workforce planning, employee development, and succession planning, acting as an embedded HR consultant to resolve issues, provide coaching, and manage employee relations. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Human Resources People Partner, NA are to:
The HR People Partner NA performs HR consulting and coaching by collaborating with business leaders to address significant people and cultural issues. This role provides expertise in hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards. The HR People Partner enables business change by supporting the talent aspects of organizational structure changes and facilitating talent integration during mergers and acquisitions. The position advocates for HR programs by communicating the business value of HR initiatives and managing program rollouts to minimize disruption. The HR People Partner also partners with business and talent management/staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives, including workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $108,160 to $162,240. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
