Blueprint Technologies is hiring a Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer to collect, integrate, and analyze operational technology (OT) and infrastructure data. This role will focus on extracting data from various platforms, transforming it, and integrating it into enterprise analytics. Responsibilities include designing data architectures, developing ETL/ELT processes, building API integrations, normalizing data, and creating reports. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft analytics technologies, Kusto Query Language (KQL), SQL, and ETL/ELT processes.

We are seeking a Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer to support the collection, integration, and analysis of operational technology (OT) and infrastructure data across large-scale, mission-critical facilities. This role will focus on extracting data from building management, automation, monitoring, and other vendor platforms, transforming and normalizing data into standardized schemas, and integrating it into enterprise analytics and telemetry platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ETL processes, data engineering, Kusto, SQL, Microsoft analytics technologies, and automation tools, with the ability to develop scalable data pipelines, troubleshoot data collection challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data visibility, compliance tracking, and operational reporting.
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $31 to $34.62 USD/Hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
