BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their North Boston Senior Living team. This full-time role involves providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to seniors in assisted and independent living communities, minimizing traditional home health commute. Requires one year of prior clinical experience as an LPN, MA state license, and strong assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Prior home care experience is preferred.
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our North Boston Senior Living team. This office works with clients on a per visit basis in senior living communities (Assisted Living and Independent Living). This is a full time LPN position to work with seniors in 3-4 communities - it's home health without the typical home health commute!
One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Practical Nurse is required. As a member of our Senior Living team, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
