We are seeking a Project Leader for Heat Pumps to drive decarbonization projects from planning to completion. This role involves strategic planning, concept development, and execution of innovative energy systems, with a focus on heat pumps, electrical engineering, and MSR. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure project success through effective communication and reporting. Requires a degree in engineering or a related field and several years of experience in technical project leadership, preferably in energy supply or contracting. Knowledge of relevant standards like VOB and HOAI, strong MS Office, CAD, and AVA software skills are necessary.
