• Document moderation decisions accurately in internal tracking systems, contributing to data-driven reporting and performance analysis.
• Participate actively in regular training sessions, calibration exercises, and team briefings to maintain the highest standard of content moderation excellence.

• Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency (both spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
