Join our HR Legal & Employee Relations team as an HR Legal Partner for a fixed-term contract in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR on employment law and employee relations, supporting organizational change and ensuring compliance. The role involves advising on employment law, implementing new legislation, partnering with stakeholders to balance legal risk with business needs, and managing employee relations cases across APAC, primarily Malaysia and Taiwan. The ideal candidate has strong experience in employment law and employee relations case management, a pragmatic, solution-oriented advisory style, and excellent communication skills.

You’ll be part of HR Legal & Employee Relations where you, together with your colleagues, will advise on employment law, manage employee relations matters, and support organisational changes across APAC, primarily Malaysia and Taiwan. You’ll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to deliver consistent, practical legal solutions across markets.
