The Control Room Operator monitors Puratos Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and SQF standards. This role involves operating manual and automatic industrial equipment safely and efficiently to maintain high quality standards. Responsibilities include reporting food safety and quality issues, performing basic maintenance on equipment, adjusting recipes, contributing to streamlining projects, supporting and directing operators, analyzing OEE data, performing line cleans, and training new technicians. The role also involves supporting departments in meeting KPIs, leading root cause analysis, and documenting best practices. Requires 2 years of operations experience, High School Diploma/GED, PCS experience, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of OEE principles and experience with a unionized workforce are also required.

This role operates all manual, automatic and or material handling equipment, safely and efficiently, while maintaining high quality standards that meet or exceed Puratos and customer requirements.
Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
