Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering prompt, courteous, and effective Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues reported by customers, ensuring swift resolution and a high standard of customer satisfaction within the Customer Support Services environment.
  • Log, track, and manage all incoming support requests and incidents using the company's CRM and ticketing systems, maintaining detailed and precise records throughout each interaction.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to Level 2 support teams in a clear, professional, and timely manner, ensuring seamless continuity of service for all customers.
  • Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting procedures in a clear and empathetic manner, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every stage of the process.
  • Proactively identify recurring technical issues and communicate relevant trends to team leaders, contributing to the continuous improvement of Customer Support Services delivery.
  • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the products, services, and systems supported, participating in ongoing training and development sessions as required.
  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including response time, first-contact resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role, as you will be supporting Dutch-speaking customers on a daily basis.
  • A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
  • A solid working knowledge of English is required for internal communication, documentation, and collaboration with international team members.
  • Previous experience in a customer support, technical support, or help desk role within the Customer Support Services industry is highly advantageous, though motivated candidates with a strong aptitude for technology are also encouraged to apply.
