Position Overview

Based at ABA Academy UAE, we are currently seeking a:

 

Chef Educator

 

The Chef Educator will deliver high-quality culinary education and practical training across bakery, pastry, bread, chocolate, and ice cream disciplines by designing engaging learning experiences, mentoring students, assessing competencies, and fostering industry-relevant skills aligned with international culinary standards and emerging trends.

     Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver professional courses, workshops, masterclasses, and certification programs across bakery, pastry, bread, chocolate, and ice cream categories.
• Deliver practical and theoretical training aligned with academy objectives and industry standards.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences and adapt teaching methods to different learner levels.
• Demonstrate techniques while maintaining high standards of execution, professionalism, and classroom management.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials, lesson plans, assessments, and educational resources.
• Design and enhance programs aligned with industry trends, innovation, and market needs.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, coaching, and support development opportunities.
• Ensure training kitchens, classrooms, equipment, ingredients, and resources are maintained and prepared for sessions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance training quality.
• Build relationships with industry professionals and represent the academy in events, competitions, and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and academy standards.
• Support academy growth initiatives, learner experience enhancement, recruitment activities, and customized corporate training programs.
