PubNub is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own marketing programs focused on customer adoption, value realization, expansion, and engagement. This role involves leading lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve Net Revenue Retention, reduce churn, and drive expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will leverage customer usage data to create timely marketing programs and work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams. You'll lead lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on customer health, expansion, and churn prevention, working closely with Customer Success and Account Managers. Success in this role means improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), reducing preventable customer losses, and creating a steady stream of expansion opportunities from our existing customer base.
