You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging AI and data to shape hiring strategies and streamline the recruiting process. As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Singapore, you will play a hands-on role in driving Airwallex’s growth across Asia. You will own end‑to‑end searches for a blend of high‑volume go‑to‑market roles and senior corporate positions, switching seamlessly between building scaled pipelines and running targeted executive‑style searches. You will partner directly with senior leaders and executives to shape hiring plans, advise on talent strategy, and raise the bar on every hire. You will also utilise AI tools, data, and market intelligence to streamline the recruiting process and move with pace without sacrificing quality. This role is based in Singapore.
