Your future missions :
You will be part of a team in the End To End Develop domain, which delivers digital solutions for the entire end-to-end development process of our helicopters.
As part of the team, you will be involved in the Technical Lead of Windchill CorePDM application aiming at the Product Lifecycle Management of helicopters.
Your main missions will be :
1. Architecture, Resilience & Performance :
- Guarantee the robustness, scalability, and high availability of the application.
- Design fault-tolerant architectures and drive the observability strategy (monitoring, tracing, alerting).
- Track down bottlenecks and optimize performance to seamlessly handle massive traffic spikes.
2. Technical Leadership & Engineering Excellence :
- Define and enforce high standards for code quality, security, and automation.
- Own the code review process and validate the team's architectural and technological choices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to technical teams. Define and share best practices and guidelines for developing and deploying solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Strategic Alignment & System Integration :
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and the Product Manager to translate business requirements into secure, realistic technical roadmaps.
- Review and approve technical solutions proposed by the Development Team
- Ensure seamless integration of the application within the company's global IT landscape.
- Effectively balance delivering new business features with paying down technical debt.
4. Major Incident Management :
- Act as the ultimate technical reference and facilitator during critical production incidents to guide the team toward rapid resolution.
Your profile :
- Min 10 years of technical and functional expertise in Windchill CorePDM application with proven technical leadership experience.
- Knowledge of technologies DevOps, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.
- Excellent communicator, who can easily demystify complex technical topics for stakeholders and top management.
- Fluent English, advanced level of German or French.
- Experience with the Agile way of working.
