Bauer Media Outdoor is seeking a Senior People Partner to lead the people agenda for its Delivery and Construction teams. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to shape and execute a people plan that supports business growth, enhances capability, and improves employee engagement and experience. You will identify people trends, develop solutions, and support the full employee lifecycle, in a hybrid work environment based in London.
At Bauer Media Outdoor, our Delivery and Construction teams are at the heart of bringing our vision to life across the UK. With around 450 colleagues across 13 depots, they play a vital role in delivering high-quality infrastructure that supports local communities .
We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to lead the people agenda for our Delivery and Construction teams. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who can combine fresh thinking with a practical, people-centred approach — bringing new ideas to the table while taking leaders, managers and teams with them.
You’ll partner closely with Heads of Department and Managers, shaping and delivering a people plan that supports business growth, builds future capability, improves engagement and creates a fair, inclusive and high-performing employee experience.
What you’ll be doing
About you
You’ll be an experienced People Partner who enjoys working in a busy, operational environment — ideally across multiple sites or field-based teams. You’ll be confident balancing commercial needs with a genuine care for people, and you’ll know how to challenge constructively while building strong, trusted relationships.
You’ll bring:
· Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in operations, construction, logistics, infrastructure or a similar multi-site environment
· Excellent judgement, problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity
· A coaching mindset and the confidence to influence senior leaders and managers
· Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bring people along with change
· A good understanding of organisation design, workforce planning, performance, engagement and talent development
· Confidence using people data and insight to shape meaningful action
Why join us?
You’ll be welcomed into a friendly, focused People team that prides itself on being a trusted partner to the business. We work hard, support each other and deliver great results — while still making time to have fun along the way.
If you’re ready to help shape the future of our Delivery and Construction teams, build brilliant manager capability and create a people experience colleagues can be proud of, we’d love to hear from you.
What’s in it for you
We’d like to consider part time applicants, but due to the busy nature of this role, you’d need to be able to commit to 4 days per week.
We are committed to treating everyone with fairness and respect, regardless of their race, gender, age, ethnicity, background, sexual orientation, disability, or any other differences. We work hard to foster an inclusive environment, a place you can be yourself. We support reasonable adjustment requests from candidates and employees. If you're interested in joining us to shape the future of out-of-home media, we'd love to hear from you.
