This role involves investigating quality deviations, collaborating with cross-functional teams on CAPA, and maintaining quality-related documents within the QMS. The associate will also identify process optimization opportunities, support continuous improvement projects, and assist with training requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related discipline and 0-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and quality systems are required. Knowledge of cGMP is essential. Bonus points for manufacturing site experience and AI tool familiarity.
