DRMP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help strengthen and expand our successful roadway practice across Florida.
This role builds on established client relationships, strong delivery teams, and a growing backlog of work. We are looking for a leader who can step in and enhance our existing efforts—supporting client managers, contributing to strategic pursuits, and helping position our team for continued growth.
You will work alongside established leaders to deliver high-quality projects, pursue key opportunities, and elevate overall team performance with FDOT, municipalities, and regional transportation clients.

- Support Strategic Growth
- Partner with client managers to strengthen relationships and expand existing contracts
- Help identify and position targeted opportunities aligned with DRMP’s growth strategy

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (PE required)
- 15–20+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience
- Experience managing FDOT and/or municipal roadway projects
- Familiarity with Florida transportation market and procurement processes
- Experience supporting proposals and client development efforts
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
