Light is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to own partner technical engagements, from initial implementation to long-term growth. You will act as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for partners, bridging their developers with Light's product and engineering teams. This hands-on role involves managing integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, defining technical success metrics, and influencing product roadmap. You'll work closely with the early team to build scalable partner solutions.

You’ll roll up your sleeves alongside the founders and early team to help build how our partners implement, launch, and scale their energy programs.
Your mission is to own our partners’ successful technical engagements with Light– from hands-on initial implementation through to deeper integrations and long-term growth. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for our Partners. You will also be a "bridge" between our partners’ developers and our own product and engineering teams, building a successful feedback loop to make sure our programs launch seamlessly, perform exceptionally, and expand. You’ll work with Light’s Partner Success team and our partners’ teams to align priorities, drive impact, and build the systems that make our partner motion scalable and repeatable.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll combine creative problem solving, product solutioning, project management, and strategic thinking to shape how Light—and our partners—succeed and grow.
