The consultant will partner with leaders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions, manage recruitment activities, build talent pipelines, and provide expert advice. The position requires over 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services or technical environments, with strong skills in sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management.

The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll partner closely with leaders and hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions that enable business growth. You'll lead the recruitment of both local and international talent, providing expert advice and market insights while ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
This is an opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded recruiter who enjoys building relationships, solving talent challenges and influencing hiring outcomes. You'll work across a broad portfolio, balancing hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic talent initiatives.
What You'll Do
* Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across professional and technical disciplines.
* Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping and networking.
* Provide expert advice to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices, assessment methods and hiring decisions.
* Analyse recruitment market trends and provide insights that support workforce planning and talent attraction strategies.
* Manage recruitment vendors and external partners to maximise hiring outcomes.
* Utilise recruitment technology and ATS platforms to maintain candidate pipelines, reporting and talent pool development.
* Lead domestic and international talent campaigns and support workforce planning initiatives.
* Champion a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
About You
You are an experienced talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to solve complex hiring challenges.
You'll bring:
* 5+ years' experience in internal or agency recruitment, preferably within a professional services, engineering, infrastructure or technical environment.
* Proven success building candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
* Strong capability in behavioural interviewing, candidate assessment and selection methodologies.
* Experience using recruitment systems and technology to drive efficiency and make data-informed decisions.
* Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and project management capability.
* A collaborative approach, coupled with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
* A passion for continuous improvement and helping others succeed.
