Schaeffler, a global technology company, is seeking a Manufacturing & Production engineer for a new business launch. Responsibilities include cost estimation for new business, investment planning for new lines/projects, managing industrialization schedules, customer audit support, KPI/target management during ramp-up, installation verification for new equipment/processes, change management during serial production, capacity management, and collaboration with global teams. The role requires an engineering degree, business-level English proficiency, basic statistics, and quality management knowledge. Experience with new line installation and organizational/leadership skills are preferred.
