Orbital Copilot is seeking a Project Manager to support its CTO in managing multiple high-priority initiatives, including product development, engineering, replatforming, and US/UK expansion. This role acts as a connective tissue, ensuring alignment and allowing the CTO to focus on strategic decisions. Responsibilities include day-to-day coordination, communication across teams, managing project timelines, and tracking deliverables. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong communication skills, comfortable with AI tools, and has a proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Experience in a startup or LegalTech/PropTech/B2B SaaS environment is a plus.

The CTO is running multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously — product, engineering, replatforming, US/UK expansion, and cross-functional coordination across five team leads.
This Project Manager role exists to be the connective tissue: ensuring nothing drops, everyone is aligned, and the CTO can focus on the highest-leverage decisions.
It's not a traditional PM role - there's no backlog to groom or roadmap to own. It's hands-on, fast-moving, and deliberately broad
