Driver & Dispatch Assistant

Currently, we are looking for a Driver Support Coordinator II to join our team in Nuevo Laredo. This position will work in a dynamic environmentm, greet drivers professionally, ensure drivers clearly understand their assignments and next steps, helping them with any questions or concerns.

Shift:

• Sunday to Friday
• 3:00 p.m a 11:00 p.m

Responsabilities:

• Review shift updates, clarify routes, load details, appointment times, and coordinate with the dispatch team to resolve questions or changes.
• Print, verify, organize, and distribute load sheets and dispatch documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before handing them to drivers.
• Identify missing or incorrect paperwork, address driver issues, and escalate urgent, unresolved, safety, or compliance concerns promptly.
• Log into required systems, ensure workstation functionality, verify internet and printer connectivity, and confirm availability of documents and supplies.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams to share updates on delays, changes, or operational issues.
• Track repeated driver concerns, document outstanding issues, and report major or recurring problems to the on-shift Team Lead or Manager.
• Ensure smooth transitions between shifts by handing over pending issues and clearly logging unresolved driver concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or drive support preferred.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations preferred.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel and Word) with an ability to quickly learn new software
• Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication
• Fluent English
• Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effective
