Omnea is hiring for its Commercial Launchpad, an early-career Go-To-Market program designed to train future AI sellers. Participants will gain hands-on experience in building top-of-funnel pipelines, working live enterprise deals alongside experienced AEs, and coordinating C-suite events. The program accelerates high achievers into closing roles quickly, focusing on skill development and revenue generation. The role is based in Paris, New York, United States, with a requirement for in-office work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Our Commercial Launchpad is Omnea's early-career GTM program designed to shape the world's best AI sellers. From week one, you own a territory, work live deals, and drive real revenue. The program is structured to accelerate you into a closing role faster than anywhere else — most people get there in 3–12 months depending on where they start.
