Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for an 8-week internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a final-year student interested in building a career in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment and talent acquisition. The intern will support the recruitment team with interview coordination and initial candidate screening while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes.
Your role
- Assist in scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders and managing calendars.
- Coordinate with candidates to ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability (skills, motivation, availability).
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the recruitment team in job posting and sourcing activities.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment.
About you
Requirements
- Final-year student (Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field).
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Preferred Skills
- Previous internship or exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
