We at Airbus Defence and Space in Ottobrunn are looking for a Logistics Officer for the area Connected Intelligence / Space Digital / Secure Connectivity DACH.

You will be part of a high value service programme for the German customer requiring a strong, skilled and highly motivated multifunctional team. You will join the PMO and Delivery Support team and act as Logistics Officer for this programme.

As Logistics Officer, your responsibility is to plan, execute, and control the efficient flow of goods, services, and related information. Your goal is to ensure that the necessary resources—such as equipment, materials—are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right condition.

Your key responsibilities

• Secure project hardware inventory and tracking
• Maintain material and equipment data in GLPI (incl Export Control)
• Prepare the necessary shipping documentation, clearance of export control related aspects, clearance of customs related aspects and maintenance of the relevant material data in GLPI
• Perform shipping acceptance and inspection for all incoming / outgoing goods (incoming Inspection / outgoing inspection)

Desired skills and qualifications

• Prior experience in supply chain and logistics will be highly appreciated
• You bring data analytics for inventory optimization
• You master typical supply chain softwares
• You have a structured mind and organization
• You look for quick problem-solving under pressure.
• Last but not least, navigating this fast-paced field also requires strong interpersonal communication and adaptability to overcome unexpected disruptions.
• You have a very good command of German and English (written and spoken) - German proficiency is mandatory
• You are able to get security clearances (GE national)
