About the Position

Dexis is seeking an experienced Acquisition Support Analyst to support anticipated work with the Assistant Secretary of War for Acquisition (ASW(A)) within the Office of the Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSW(A&S)).  

This position is contingent upon contract award. 

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will apply experience supporting the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) or other major Department of War (DoW) staffs and will have familiarity with the Defense Acquisition System. Additionally, the ideal candidate will manage personnel actions, perform staff management, conduct meeting support, track actions, and generate staff packages (action memos etc.) for senior leaders. 

Qualifications 

  • 10 years of relevant experience in acquisitions or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Major staff experience - OUSW (A&S) preferred
  • Experience supporting senior DoW Leadership
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Able to work fully onsite based on client needs

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Recent experience working with DoW’s Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)
