This role involves processing transactions, coordinating onboarding, providing excellent customer service, maintaining records, and resolving issues. The specialist will collaborate with payroll, HR, and IT teams to enhance efficiency. A University Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, and experience in a shared services environment are required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills are essential.
