Key Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and prioritize RPA opportunities from stakeholders across Asia, Europe, and America. Design, document, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automations using UiPath and Power Automate (UI, Excel, Database, Mail and AI automations). Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to best practices. Perform effort estimation, solution design, and ROI analysis for automation projects. Track and report automation benefits (time/cost savings) to stakeholders. Maintain and manage UiPath Orchestrator by performing version upgrades, deployments, manage Queues, logs monitoring, create & train ML Skills, etc. Analyze new features introduced in UiPath, Power Automate and leverage them Conduct periodical training on RPA Capabilities and best practices to RPA community users working in JE.
