We are seeking a temporary Team & Admin Assistant for a 6-month contract to support the PWS Team in Hong Kong. This full-time hybrid role involves critical administrative tasks, sample management, event coordination (virtual, on/off site in Hong Kong and Shanghai), and assisting global event organization. The position reports to the PWS Head of Events & Operations based in Switzerland. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of international administrative and team support experience, proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Experience in event management or hospitality is a plus.

The Team and Role:
In this role of Team & Admin Assistant, you will support the PWS Team based in the Logitech office in Hong Kong in their daily tasks and contribute to Personal Work Solutions projects & Innovation activities.
You will help the local team with critical administrative tasks, samples management and other office related duties. You will coordinate meetings and arrange logistics for events (virtual, on/off site, in Hong Kong and Shanghai). You will also assist the Head of events & operations in the organization of global events, processes & tools enhancements and related tasks.
This temporary role will report to the PWS Head of Events & Operations (based in Switzerland) and is a full time position based in Hong Kong (Hybrid: minimun 3 days per week in office).
