Warner Bros. Discovery Japan is seeking an Assistant Producer for animated content development and production. This role supports the entire project lifecycle from early development to final delivery, coordinating with internal teams, external partners, IP holders and studios. The Assistant Producer will assist in identifying compelling content opportunities, managing creative talent, tracking schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects meet high creative and quality standards. This hybrid role requires 2+ years of experience in animation or content production and business-level English proficiency.

Your New Role
The Assistant Producer supports the development and production of animated content for Warner Bros. Discovery Japan. Working closely with Producers and cross-functional stakeholders, this role contributes to the planning, execution, and delivery of animation projects from early development through final production. The position plays an important role in identifying compelling IP opportunities, coordinating production activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest creative standards.
